Default Got some goodies... and some ???'s

So my order from Northridge just showed up at the office. gotta love it.

was missing brake line reloc brackets, so i can calm down about that now.
picked up a pair of JKS quicker disco's
also got EVO C gussets and LCA skids

my questions:
1. Will welding on the LCA skids make it difficult to replace them in the future?
2. How difficult is it to do Gussets now and sleeves later? should I do both now? I'm probably gonna have my brother weld them.
3. my BB is still without bump stop extensions and I'm curious what risks I'm taking without them.

I've got those same discos, and run a BB with no bump stop extensions and no problems yet. I wheel it pretty hard and have about 10K since the lift and meats were put on

Why you putting the gussets on? Are you locked in the front??? It is a d30 right ?

it is a D30, just trying to avoid damage over time with those 35" meats rollin around. got a great deal from northridge on them + the LCA skids. will probably hold out until I can sleeve the front also.

i would get those gussets on before you wheel it hard. the stock c's are crap IMO... you can always get the sleeves put on later. no point in letting those things sit if you have them. added security. The lca skids dont make it that much harder to change the arms. you just have to slide them out the rear a little more.

thank you for the info. I will probably be putting them on sooner rather than later.
