Hey, no problem. I know you were struggling to figure things out but you're right, regular maintenance is something every vehicle needs and new upgraded components definitely need it as well.

But there was one kernel of insight in your response:
Just "one kernel" of insight?

I'd be interested in hearing from other people who have kits with comparable flex from other manufacturers who are not necessarily sponsors of this forum. Is this a common thing? I'm willing to accept it if so, and frankly I'm stuck with it either way.
Yes, let's "hear" (no pun intended) from other people with other kits of any make since you're so convinced that I'm out to get ya and sell you crap that you don't want. Somebody please tell this guy all about your awesome aftermarket control arms and/or track bars built with factory rubber bushings.

By the way, you never did say what kind of lithium grease it was you used - but, I guess it really doesn't matter

i have over 7,000 miles on my lift. no noise. no problems at all.

I did however greese everything this past weekend. the trac bars too. It only about 10 minutes if that for them, and they really didnt needed greesed..

I'm sure you can pay someone to greese your fittings if its that much work..

edit.. I used white lithium grease

Does anyone know the type and size of zerk used by FT? I'd like to get matching zerks for the trackbars (the lift kit is on the way, so can't check). There seems to be a plethora of models and options...

amazon.com/s/ref=sr_pg_1/105-2372439-7578806?keywords=zerk&me=AMO4IKHGPKEG7

Thanks,
js.

Unless you just want something that matches, just go to the auto parts store and pick up a small pack for a few bucks. Unless you get some of the special application zircs, most anything should work. I intend to root around in my tool box til I find one that matches the first drill bit I lay my hands on. Keep in mind when selecting a location to install the zirc, that they can be broken off or bent if hit. Good luck!

greese it up!

the only thing that clicks on mine is the disconnects, I plan on installing the
rok-N-lok if they ever come out with it for the JK

use white lithium greese on the trackbars, and greese all the zerk fittings.

If your tracbars are not properly lubed up, it'll make noises... dont ask how i know.
