Default Grill Style Taillight??

So I was doing my grill mod today and had some pieces left over and came up with this. Do you think there's any legal issues with covering up to much tail light, I can't imagine there would be but figured I'd check.

Mine are spray tinted so as long as they are visible I don't see the issue

As long as light can travel though it then you should be just fine.

Check your state laws. Most states require reflectors and the tail light doubles as the reflector. If it is covered it may not reflect.
