Sorry to be negative but honestly, couldn't they come up with an original idea instead of just making a funky looking copy of the PureJeep stubby? The claw cutouts don't do anything for me either.

Yeah it does look similar huh? I guess the grizzly is just a bit wider. Both look good to me, but i want to see more pics, the close ups are great and all but I like to see the whole jeep

I like thier bumpers but they seem too heavy. I asked about the stubby and by itself it weighs 80 lbs. Throw on the winch and D rings and you have some real weight. The full bumper has to be over 100 by alone. I would hate to add that much weight if there was a better option.

They do use the 1/4 steel when most companies are using 3/16. but you are back to the weight with the thicker metal.

There is a very comprehensive thread on bumper comparisons which shows the Grizzly to be very competitive in weight at 80 lbs. Some go as high as 140 lbs and they are high end products. By the way we NEVER copy another's design. There are similarities in many of the bumpers but a close and fair comparison will show many differences.

I got the full width bumper and cut some fogs into it. I love it and have just been waiting for a clear day to go out and take some pics with it mounted.

I couldn't be happier. I can hardly wait for my rear bumper which should be shipping soon.

If you want to see my write-up on the factory fogs follow this link:

Mike at Durango4x4 is great to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
