Default gussets

Hello , again on the gussets I'm currently running the streets with very little off road at the moment and the stock gears seem to run great, I am planning on getting off road more in future but wonder if im good right now with no gussets or beefed up components running my 37's and wheel spacers? any thoughts out there

Gussets are cheap protection to a problem that can appear with any tire size. You'll find a recommendation of at least gussets even if you are only on the road. Axle shafts and a truss can wait until you hit a dirt road.

Unless u live near me.... Then it impossible to find ANY ONE to install them. I've had my gussets, ctrl arm skids, and axle truss under my bed for a year now because nobody in my area has any idea on how to install them (myself included) so if u live in snj be prepared to drive to either Maryland, New York, or River Raider in PA if u want this stuff done.

Exactly what these guys said. It looks like you are in MI. There are some good places there that can weld them on. Unlimited Offroad would be a top recommendation, but probably not cheap. I had a quote from them just to weld a truss on and it was $700 in labor. I'm in MD at the moment, and the best place here is around $250 in labor for the gussets. Less due to welding and more as a result of the time it takes to pull everything to be able to weld.

As a final comment, if you still have stock ball joints, replace them when you have the gussets welded (everything is already removed, and many places won't charge much more to swap them). Plus, there is a good chance the heat from welding could damage them. With 37's, your stock ball joints won't last long anyway. $200 for the Synergy replacements.
