I wana here thoughts on reenforcing the front axel... Just got in 2.5" RK lift with nitto trail grapplers 35X12.50 I have yet to install them waiting on wheels to come in.. But I was looking into gussets for the front axel since I heard of people having there's bent cause of the bigger tires an weight are they really worth it and are they needed? Thanks guys !!

Definitely good. And they good thing is that they are inexpensive. I would find someone experienced welding these on as you have to be very careful overheating the ball joints

Bare minimum would be to gusset the C's. Those tires are heavy so you may want to consider doing the sleeves as well. It adds a lot of extra strength to the stock axle housing, plus peace of mind.

x2. None of it is mandatory, but if you don't plan on moving up to a beefy 44 or 60, consider some housing upgrades.

Haven't seen any % increase numbers for the gussets, but inner sleeves add appx 30% to the housing and outer sleeves add appx 45%.
