Does anybody know where to purchase factory half doors for the 4 door jk? or if you even can and when.

 

They can't be bought complete, only piece by piece. A guy recently did this and the total for 4 doors was about 7 grand. Yes, you read right. And yes, this is almost 1/3 what I paid for my entire JK Unlimited.

 

And over the last year only 1 pair of 2dr halfs have came up for sale.

I would think by Jan you will see aftermarkets coming out.

Well I wanted half doors until I read the $7000 part
heck I would rather make a ghetto mock up using element doors and a make shift window

or just keep mine door less!

 

since they are available on 08's, maybe it is possible to buy from Mopar or through a body shop.......

 

I just went to an online Chrysler parts place and found the shell and the inner panel available

$42 Body strip
$65 Inner panel
$639 door shell for the three separate parts....then you would have to have the shell painted to match

plus all the hardware
