Hanson/Purejeep

Is Purejeep a sub of Hanson Off-road?
I noticed they are grouped together in several links and I'm wondering if the quality of Purejeep products substantiate the almost 1/3 less in price.
Anyone have any experience with Purejeep rear bumpers?
I just put the mid width front Hanson on, and would like to have a similar rear/tire carrier.

I've used Hanson bumpers on my past TJs and highly recommend their products. Looking at PureJeep / Hanson for my '13 JK 2-door.
