Default Hard top load rating

Does anyone know how much weight a hard top will hold? attached photo is my roof rack set up. Kayak and bikes are no problem but I have been putting all my gear in the back of the Jeep, till I can get a load rating for the roof. Jeep will not state a load rating since it was not designed to hold weight. If you don't know a exact weight what have you put on your roof with no problems. Click image for larger version

Found this from eTrailer.com.. This system when mounted on the factory hardtop has a maximum cargo weight capacity of 65-lbs. This limit is not a function of the rack materials, but rather the capacity of the OEM roof, and therefore is the same for all other roof racks we offer for your Wrangler.

I'd submit the issue probably isn't the actual roof itself, but more the few points at which you are drilling or clamping something on. I've stood on my roof several times (200+lbs) and never felt like it was an issue; however, if I was drilling just a couple holes to mount some clamp on rack, I'd have more concerns about the stress of the weight on those particular areas. If I was buying some kind of rack for the roof, I'd definitely make sure it was from a reputable company known for that stuff. I can't see something like bikes or kayaks being a big deal though if you're just looking for reassurance.

Wow, nothing like reviving a 7 year old post. I was actually researching this a while back and plan do go with https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003AJEMD4/?coliid=I2SZZA3CXCOHRQ&colid=1DHDHJW4FITBP&psc=0&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_itoption. I think the rails will distribute the load better on the top. There's a bunch of examples if you do some google searching.
