Someone will probably know more than I but you could take it to a boat repair shop. They'll have the right stuff for it and tell you what to do.

Is that cracked or just a dirty spot?
Looks like someone drew on it with a pencil

Go to a WestMarine or any boat supply place. Get a small jar of marine tex. Grind out the cracks and fill with marine tex.
You should take the top off and lay it on its side as the epoxy can drip.
It comes in white.
Other option, use fiberglass cloth overlay. Might be a little messy.

I'd recommend epoxy or fiberglass. Then perhaps paint the inside or get an insulation kit.

I used urethane glue to fix a nasty hole in mine. Just make sure whatever you use is compatible with SMC Plastic.

I have no idea how it happened. I just noticed that the top had been moved in the garage and when I installed it today I noticed the crack! Must have been my little brother but he's keeping quite ... Thanks I will use the advice...
