Default Hardtop Quick Release & Attach

I have a 2012 JKU andI travel a lot for work and sometimes home as little 1 or 2 days per week and those days may not be consecutive. So I find myself removing and installing my hardtop 1-3 times per week. I built a hoist for my garage and that's very helpful. Now I find that it takes me maybe 15-20 minutes to fully install or remove the hardtop. While that isn't much time by itself, 3 removals and 3 installs means I'm spending almost 2 hours per week removing and installing the top. I'd like to speed up this process. Whether it's running the top with fewer bolts or finding some type of latch fastener. I'd love to have something like the hood latches as fasteners. Any ideas?

Thanks

Search Quadratec....they may some screws with t style tops you can tighten by hand. Not much else I can think of. I read a guy here say he's been running without the front two screws for years with no problems.
