Hey Rubidon! Funny we met in the garage here at work! You are welcome to check out my bikini top anytime, I put it on this morning. Doors are unlocked and I am parked on the ramp on the way down to the bottom level.

I am running with the Bestop duster and windjammer alon with the front pannels of the freedom. The big problem is the way the freedom top is designed. the curve allows for big holes at the corners. We have been having lots of rain in OKC last two days and I have gotten wet a little. I think it was caused when I drove to fast into the big puddle and water went up over the roof. IT WAS COLD!!

 

That's funny... If you've ever gotten any reports of a 'peeping tom' wondering around your Jeep... well that'd be me. Since I don't have mine, I've checked yours out many times trying to figure out what, where, and how various thing go and what to buy etc. I appreciate the offer.

I agree w/the wheelin' and the kids. I've got three of my own, fairly young, but I'm thinking that when the Jeep comes in, maybe I'll take them down in Rendija camping. It's just behind the house and it'll give them an intro to being away from home in the woods.

 

I ordered a Bestop Safari top last week, Should be arriving tommorow! I run with the freedom top now, but am finding its a pain in the ass to take the top on and off all the time. So I figured I could run the safari top with not too much problems with rain and such. Ill let you know how it goes

 

This makes me curious. I just got my 2007 Rubicon Unlimited after a LONG wait and took the hard top off yesterday to see how I liked the softy. Having never had a Jeep I was upset to find out you can't run the hard top with the soft top stored in the down position. This being the case, and because I didn't much like the soft top once I put it up, I decided that I will only run a bikini/safari top or the hard top. Hence, I put my soft top on ebay last night. Am I making a mistake in selling those parts if I am intending on using a bikini top? Do I need some of those door parts or anything in those boxes? And if so, are they something I can easily replace if I sell the soft top? BTW, does anyone think $680 is a good, bad, or otherwise price for the soft top with everything included?

Also, does the windjammer go behind the back seat of the 4 door model? I can't find any pictures.
