Default Has ansyone recieved a partial order on a single kit?

I ordered a couple bigger items from Northridge 4x4 earlier this week, and finally started the install today. I laid everything out for my new lift to find out the springs were missing. I got a hold of Northridge they said they would call right back, 5 hours later I called again this time they told me I received only a partial order. The rest of the kit would be sent out when available. Am I being jerked around? I've never received a partial order of a single part before.

stuff happens, it sounds like Northridge is taking care of the problem. What brand lift? I doubt Northridge opens and inspects the packages when they recieve them and I think they also drop ship too.

It was an AEV 3.5" SC lift. Just to clarify, the guy said they send out partial orders to kits when not everything is available. I'm asking if this is normal

No worries, you're not being Jerked around at all. I do a lot of business with Dave at Northridge, a real stand up dude with a top notch service record. I'm still waiting for orders from a couple weeks ago, only because the manufacturer is behind on producing the parts and getting them out. Lot of the time, Northridge is the middle man.

I'm sure it will turn out fine, I just wish I didn't unbox everything just to find out I'm missing parts.

I had ordered the Evo protek skids from them. I received it in a couple shipments at different times. I was also concerned when I didn't get my whole order after a little while. Called Northridge, they took care of me, made a few phone calls and all was well. It will be ok.

Sorry about this. We are still learning with having two different warehouses. We opened up Kentucky Feb 1st and shipments come from there and Washington.

I am all over this today and will get your springs to you asap!

You are not getting jerked around.

David @ Northridge4x4 is a great guy to work with when it comes to getting what you need for your JK. With two warehouses, you might get a partial shipment from both locations to fill your order. This was my experience with an order that I recently made, but David told me part of my order was coming from the Kentucky warehouse and would get to me quicker while the rest of my order would ship from the Washington warehouse. I'm sure David will have it straightened out for you.
