Default Has anybody run E3 spark plugs?

Just put them in my 08 rubicon w/3.8L and they ran good for a couple days...now engine lights...rough idle...just falling on its face! Any help would be appreciated....can't afford a superchip to retard timing....I've been told they run a bit hotter than other plugs...purchased the E3 3.66 plugs at truck and Jeepfest last week in Puyallup now got issues

I heard of some guys running them in the EVO world and the tips would break off. I would be very careful with those plugs.

garbage plugs... copper cores have better conductivity.. switch back to stockers before you ruin your engine

I had them in a 2002 liberty years ago, one broke and the part in the engine was gone. I have to search for it, but I have a letter I sent them back then, with a photo.

The consensus on plugs is to run the oem. Don't waste you time and money on other fancy plugs, just because they cost more doesn't mean they are better for your motor.

Do they cost more than OEM?

Thanks guys! I thought there might be something I did wrong or wasn't doing...oem plugs are going back in today. E3 is going to get their crappy plugs back with a nasty letter from me. Illbe sure and spread the word of this to other JK owners

I ran them once on my GMC and had the same issues after about a month. Pulled them out and found that the ceramic in 3 of the 8 had cracked and was shorting out. Needless to say they went straight into the garbage. Lesson learned.
