Default have 1-3/4" BB, would like to run 35's.

OK. So I know there are a lot of threads on here about lifts, and here is yet another one

I have a daystar 1-3/4" puck lift, bilstein 5100 shocks, rear brake bracket extensions.
I would like to run 35's. I am thinking about adding the bushwacker flat flares. However, I am thinking that I will have rubbing. (on the rock rails, pinch seams, etc.) Not too keen on trimming much, because they use a lot of salt on our roads.

The "lift kit" did not come with bumpstops, just rear swaybar drop brackets. Should this be ok, or should I get a teraflex 2.5 BB or something like that.

btw - I will be getting different wheels with 4.5 backspacing if I do this. I do mild to medium wheeling occasionally, and do some pretty tough stuff once a year at the jeep jamboree. (already signed up for this year) So I want it to be very capable (which the rubi already is, but this stuff is addictive), but still well mannered on the street. My wife uses it sometimes, etc. And lets face it is a DD so I want to be comfortable. Also, are the 4.10's ok? or would I be looking at gears too? Driveshafts?

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

I run a 2" lift. And I could probably run 35s on the road, but speed bumps and offroading would definitely rub. Just need flat flares to make it work. You can fit 35s on a stock JK.

The sweet spot for 35s on a JK is 2.5 to 3" of lift.

I think with flat flares you would be fine with the lift you have. I do have most of a 2.5" lift I would sell you if you decide against the flares. If you are interested let me know.

I had a 2" spacer lift and a 1" body lift and easily handled 35" tires with no rubbing. If you add in a set of flat flares you will have no problems.
