I saw these at plaza tire. I've never seen these or heard of these before? Are they ok or just another cheapy, quick wear down tires that should be avoided?

I haven't seen too much on these tires, they are made by Federal Tire in China, but then again so are quite a few decent tires nowadays. They seem pretty cheap, but I haven't seen anyone actually running them.

Ahhh yes, good 'ol runway enduro. When I worked at STS tire and auto, Runway was our base brand. Every tire they make is called the enduro. There's the regular car tire, then the enduro A/T, and of course the M/T.
They are, as previously stated, a cheap china tire.
With runway (and any other name slapped on these for different tire dealers) you get exactly what you pay for. I'm not saying they'll explode on you, but don't expect a million miles out them. I've put them on many peoples vehicles, never had any real problems with them.

My buddy ran them on his full size dodge and with regular rotation they'll hold up pretty decent.

If you're looking for a cheap tire, don't care about milage or noise.... Go for it. Let me put it to you this way: I'd buy them for my Jeep if I didnt have to drive as many miles as I do. Hope this helped.

Do these tires have a try-out period? 10 days, 30 days, etc.?
Might be worth trying for the $$$

I've seen a few people running them around here. I have never actually seen them on a rig that actually wheels though so.

how do these things price compared to othe "cheaper" tires? I run the 35" Maxxis Bighorns which I got for about $165 a tire for my 16" wheels. I got a deal through a friend so paid close to cost but I think they retail for about $200 most places. Much cheaper than KM2's and other comparable mud tires and they have taken me through virtually eveything I've thrown at them.
