Having an issue installing front coils
Ok, so i'm building my own lift. I'm running a 2" BB right now and decided to get rid of the spacers and go with springs and such. The springs I got (from a member on here) appear to be Rubicon Express 4" but from a 2dr. That's is ok with me since mine is a 4dr and I don't want 4", but about 3" is perfect. I did the following:
4" front and rear Rubicon Express Coils
Tereflex front and rear bumpstops
Front adjustable trackbar
Rear trackbar relocation bracket
I made my own front and rear brake line relocation brackets (I can put up a write-up if it won't step on any company toes, here's a pic)
Rear brack line extension (if needed)

The problem:
I have Tereflex bumpstops and they don't fit through the top ring of the spring. I know I can place them through the bottom of the spring when I put the spring on but anyone got any tricks on how to press the bumpstop back into the stock holder once the spring is in place?
Thanks

When we did mine, we put a wide flat prybar across the coils and then slowly jacked the axle up. With a little bit of lube on the bump stops, they popped right in.
! CAUTION !If you do this, before very careful and go slow.

I don't think you understand sam187, I can't fit the coil over the bumpstop. If I install the bumpstop first, how do I get the spring on? I think I'm going with the first post, I actually thought of that and his post just confirmed my idea. Thanks
I couldn't get the springs on over the bumpstops on either side of my lift install either, so I installed the springs with the bumpstops inside them, loose (from the bottom). After the springs were in place you just need something to pry them into the cups (as Tight_wad said). As with everything tight, some lube goes a long way
