Default Headers / Anyone done them

Was thinking of gettting a set of Banks Headers to go with my Banks exhaust. Has anyone done headers on their JK's. Any brand.

Have the Gibson headers on my Jk. Didn't really notice too much other than a slight slight increase in throttle response and a little less hesitation on the motor. It's hard to even call them headers on this little 3.8L, their like... mini headers. If your looking for any big or noticeable gains I wouldn't spend the money.

I did the Banks headers with the heat shield. It's hard to tell because I had it done in conjunction with the cat back exhaust and cai. Let me tell you that the 3 of these together made a difference. I still need to chip, yet.

Thanks Guy's,
I not looking for big HP gains just a better sound from the 3.8. the Banks exhaust is'ant bad but I thought the headers would give it a slight deeper sound.

Rebal Heart,
Is your exhaust the Banks Monster ?

Yes, my cat-back is the Monster. The tip they sent with it sucks, they have already replaced it once because of rust. I think I'll buy a Gibson tip or some other after market tip that uses better stainless. You definitely will get a roar when you step on the gas.

The headers weren’t too hard to install, the JK has decent room to work with around the headers. The Jk has these wack square nuts that can be a pain in the ass but other than that it's a 2 hour job for somebody with some experience.
