Default Headlight alignment

When I installed the lift/tires/wheels, my headlight alignment became noticably off, but the fog lights OE bumper more than made for the loss in visibility. But earlier this week I installed a Shrock stubby and 9.5ti winch and since I don't have any auxiliary lights yet I'm really missing the fogs not being there. So the time has finally come for me to adjust the headlights until I can buy some.

My question to the masses is this: I know it's not difficult to adjust them, but does anyone have an easy routine to adjust and what the ballpark location is for the "correct" alignment? Hope this makes sense...

Thx in advance.
