Headlight Kit Reccomendation
I got the IPF headlights a while back from Northridge 4x4. It came with a harness adapter, the lens and the IPF bulb. I've been having some issues with the passenger side randomly shutting off on me. Seems like the harness could be bad. Even if it's any of these parts are they still available anywhere? I haven't had much luck tracking down any of these parts.
If I can't find the replacement parts I'll need to order a new kit. What can anyone recommend that is LED and is a complete setup for under $200 like this kit was? I think I paid $160 for it in like 2014. Well worth every penny. Really trying not to break the bank right now on headlights but I can't go back to stock even though I have them still in a box in the garage. Thanks in advance.

As a quick fix attempt, you might try cleaning the harness connections with some contact cleaner or DeoxIT. A couple years ago I had an issue with one of my JW Speaker headlights (about 4-5 years old at the time). I unplugged the harness, cleaned, added a tiny bit of dielectric grease and plugged back in. No issues since.
I can't help with a specific LED kit recommendation as I only have experience with my JW Speakers, but it seems there are a lot of folks that have had success with inexpensive lights over the years. Maybe a few folks will chime in with direct experience. I think the real issue is personal opinions on things being DOT approved or not.

My son gifted me a set of the 3 light LEDs from China where 2 are on at low and all 3 at high. Brand name escapes me but they were around $100. They had adapter harness with them for Jeep and have run flawlessly for the last year anyway. And in comparison with our Audi Q5 Bi-Xenon lights (which are fantastic BTW) I would say the Jeep LEDs are about 90% good compared to the Audi. He got the lights off EBay. There are lots there.
Cheap chinese ones I got were Sunpie, description would be the same as Sixty4x4. I had them over a year and all is good, I got the ones without the halo.

Thank you. I'd love a set of new $400 led's but not at 210k
Anyone reading this and still has the old OEM headlights on older jk's 07-12 please spend the $100 and upgrade. It's so well worth finally being able to see things at night.

Well, if you think you could squeeze 300k+ out of that jeep then it's still pretty young. Maybe what you need to keep in mind, in general, is that anything you buy at this point could be a rental that you get 2/3 or so back on a re-sale should that be necessary. Also, depending on what you might purchase should you.....there are other things that use 7" round headlights....like harleys...so the market is larger than jeeps. Just a thought at least.

Take the harness apart and squeeze some dielectric grease on the contact points. Also you can try a zip tie or two around the harness to put some pressure on it. Intermittent failure is generally just a loose or bad connection.
Took it all apart and used a zip tie and electrical tape to hold the connection down in place and put a slight amount of pressure on it. You never want to be driving with a headlight out. Usually you find out about it with a police officer lol
