more gadgets and armor you add will increase load and in some cases will block some air flow but over all the cooler you can keep the engine bay the better it is for everything under the hood. loom / plastics / etc have a longer life span in a cooler enviroment.
Got it. I don't think I should worry much about this then. I run a 2 door (lighter) w/ 6 sp manual (no tranny cooler in front of radiator) OEM wheels and tires, and my winch is modular so I plug it into the front hitch (or rear) when I think I might need it, any other time it stays in the garage.
I also programmed the fans to start a few degrees earlier with my Superchips programmer.
