Default Heating problems

Does anyone experience heating problems with having a winch installed. I'm thinking of installing a power plant system !!

Are you asking about engine/transmission overheating problems?

It will reduce the air flow through the radiator, but I don't think anyone has had problems because of the winch. You may see some engine/transmission cooling problems towing a trailer up a long hill on the interstate, due to reduced air flow.

An aux transmission cooler should be installed whether or not you have had your auto transmission overheat.

I think your automatic transmission will be your only concern, and not so much because of the winch being there.

I have the PP in the exp one bumper. It sits higher than most and i've never had an issue with it blocking the airflow thorugh the radiator. However, I do not live in a hot part of the country. On the other hand, I have never seen a post on any forum where a person had this problem.

Good to know, I think that winch is the best application fir me, I want a air system that take minimal time to inflate tires. 15 mins per jeep is just to long especially if there is a few jeeps to inflate.
