Default Help!?!

I just installed a 4" rc lift and I was driving home from work and heard a loud squeak. So I got home and noticed one of the bolts from the rear shocks loose. So I tried tightening it. And it was stripped. So I wasnt able to. I tried loosening the other side and this happened (please see pics). My question is....

I installed the lift. And I haven't taken this thing off roading yet. Is this something that is covered under the warranty??????? I mean dam, it hasnn't even been on a month. Did I come across a defective shock. Ive enjoyed this lift until now.

The exact same thing happened to me. I have the RC 3.25, since the bar pins looked so weak anyway, I went ahead and got some JKS bar pin eliminators. Very beefy, nice kit. Never ever have to worry about bar pins again.

I have them installed on my jeep. I will try and get a picture posted when its daylight outside. But basically it takes the straight bar and adds two square blocks on each side of the shock. That stops the shock from shifting side to side. The stock bolts are removed and the bar goes away. The new one goes into the shock then longer bolts are used to bolt back into the factory holes. Its a fast and easy install if you know how to replace your shocks.
