Default Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a 2011 Wrangler Sport. I have put some 285/70/17 Goodyear Wrangler MT/R with Kevlar tires and 9.5" ProComp wheels on my baby! I have a problem getting up to speed badly from 5th to 6th gear at 70mph. I floor the excelerator, and get nuttin"...I have 3:21 rears and thats my whole problem, not enough gear to pull my tires. I installed a MagnaFlow exhaust and a K&N Coolair intake, but that did nuttin'! Question is, would I get my torque back with 3:73's or 4:10's? I drive my baby everywhere I go, and will be on the interstate with it more once I get her where I can run without gettin' runover from behind...lol. I am not wanting to make my Wrangler a fulltime mudhog, I just wanna be able to role when I need to. I can't use 6th gear cause I don't go nowhere. My Wrangler is my ride to work and around town....please help out this coonass!!!!!!

Yes, get a Procal and upgrade to 4.10 gears if you don't plan on going to 35" tires.

How bad will 4:10's affect my fuel mileage?

I would have loved to get a Rubicon but it wasn't in my budget. I'm happy with my Sport and will get it where I want it in time.

I have 33s with my 2012 and 3.73s with an auto and have no problems at all. If I were you I would get 4.10s with that tire size and if you plan on 35s get 4.88s. That's with the manual. I would gear it more with the auto.
