I am selling my 2007 jeep wrangler factory rims and tires and a guy called me to see if they will fit on his 1990 does anyone know it they will?

What ^he^ said. 2007 is 5x5 lug pattern a 1990 (stock) is a 5x4.5 lug pattern. This can be done with adapters though if buyer really wants them.
