Default Help

So I've spent about 30 minutes reading up on the topic and I still am having no luck (really bad on my part). Anyways, what is the best way/ways to tell what suspension lift you have? Simple terms are better. Thanks!

Takes some pics and post them. The coils, the shocks, the bumpstops, anything with a name on it. You could also take some measurements, I'm sure someone will post the graphic of where to measure from.
