I was wondering if anyone has put stock
rubicon tires on a set of 17 x 9 ???

If so any pictures on how they look and how far they stick out.

I have 1600 miles on the new tires and dont want to get new ones yet.

Thanks that looks good.

It makes those tires look bigger than 32".

No problems? The tire manufacture only recommends up to 8.5" rim.

Save the HELP title for when you really need it. If you want a picture of a freakin' tire why don't you just title it that way?

Doc,

What pressure are you running those tires at? It seems to me that it would hard to keep the bead seated if you air down to anything below 20-25lbs.

Any difference in handling?

It actually has the opposite effect because the wheels are wider than stock and pullint the tire beads out an extra inch actually makes the tire's circumference smaller. I agree, it does look real good, though.

I actually did not run those tires very long. I upgraded to 35's but did not have any problems before the upgrade. I really did like the look but I lifted the jeep so the 32's looked too small then. Redneck is correct though, when you stretch a tire out is actually will lose some of it's height but it has a misleading look because of the width appearance.
