Help with Alignment Specs
I have been having problems with my tires vibrating for about 2 years now. Constant alignments dynamic tire balancing and rotations. Not extremely consistent but for the most part my car has driven weird on and off for a while. It's a jeep? Has its good days and bad days; some days drives great others vibrates more. Live in NYC so dont drive enough to have tackled it head on but have been to multiple shops - left one. Now go to a very reputable shop and have been for about 2 years. First figured it was the tires; they were dry rotted so I switched from MT baja ATZs to Toyo MTS 295/70/17s. Then switched shops because I was unhappy that the shop pushed adjustable LCAs for my caster when I simply needed AEV geo relocation brackets.
Went to another very reputable shop, trustworthy seemingly, very nice guys, big shop, seemingly honest, authorized AEV dealer along with many other companies. Replaced the old 2" budget boost with an AEV 2.5", geo relocation brackets, aev procal, etc. Problem went on and off, but was hard to tell sometimes; OCD with tire pressure, alignment, tire balancing only through one shop, rotation; stiff tires and bad roads I drive on has been my rationale. Then replaced the 5 yr old steel wheels because they kept going out of balance with AEV pintlers a few months ago. Havnt driven the car much however the alignment seems to go out pretty quickly from city driving, however have not been able to say the wheels have solved the problem since the new wheels did seem to help for a while. Managed to hit a manhole a week after getting yet another alignment and balancing, had my shop fully inspect the suspension for the 4th or 5th time, seemingly very thorough, (shocks, ball joints, tire wear, etc) in house alignment rack and dynamic balancing etc. Also towed a heavy object out of a basement in the city over the winter since my last alignment whch probably wasnt too smart. Going back this week however noticed today on the alignment sheet they gave me back that the rear toe specs were pretty far out 2 weeks ago, and then looked back at older alignment sheets and noticed a theme of sorts.
Wondering if this has/is causing my problems, and why my shop, my old shop, and jeep has not brought this up despite me bringing the car many times and explictily explaining the problems etc. and having them inspect the whole suspension. Does not seem good to me but I am not sure. They seem very honest, are very reasonable and definitely dont try to waste my money for other reasons and they have not brought this up, which they know I would fix. Very confused. Dont wheel hard except beach driving a few times a year. Here are the alignment specs. Has this been the problem the whole time or is this normal?
