All the programmers do a good job of doing gear and tire calibrations, the real question becomes what else you want to do with a programmer.

I have the AEV Procal and it works great. It will adjust for tire size, change the TPMS to whatever pressure you want, turn on driving lights, center the steering wheel, etc. Some of the other programmers will do more with power programming etc. The AEV does everything I needed and the price is a lot lower than the other programmers. Like Jpop said, depends on what you need.

It tells you when the steering wheel is centered according to the computer by using the blinkers. If it's off to the left the left blinker comes on, to the right the right blinker comes on, centered and both blinkers come on. You still have to have the wheels straight, just makes it easier, especially if you don't have someone sitting in the driver's seat so you don't have to move it a little, check the wheel, move a little more, check the wheel, etc. The steering doesn't have to be off much to cause esp problems.

Maybe 5 minutes if you're real lucky. It took me 3 tries to get it perfect so the esp didn't act up. I've heard of others on here that it takes more than that. With my TJ I could do it in 5 minutes, but if it was a little off it didn't matter. With the JK if it's not PERFECT you'll have esp problems.
