Help identify shock specs
What I found on another site while searching the part numbers you listed.
Your best bet would be to call Bilstein and give them the part numbers and see what they can do for you.
The shock in the photo shows part number F4-BE5-E978-T0
That's Bilstein's old part numbering systems. If you go here:
Bilstein, Innovation and High Quality Since 1873
Generally you can plug in the old part number and it will translate to the new part number.
In your case, that doesn't work. What that means is they are a custom part. Bilstein makes shocks for other manufacturers that are custom lengths/valving.
My bet is that they are an RCD (Race Car Dynamics) Bilstein 5100 series. They buy tons of specially valved shocks from Bilstein.

How about you just measured the collapsed and the extended length to get your travel and then find another shock with that length and find out if it will work for you
Or just measure like I said above and post it and tell us what size lift you have or no lift
