Default help installing spider spacers. . .

Well I finally got my 1.5" spider spacers in the mail and am going to install them this weekend but I was hoping for some advise seeing as if it is done wrong it could mess up a Whole lot. I looked for a write up but couldn't find one so any advice and experiences would be AWESOME! Thanks again guys, looking forward to the responses

...and if your lugs have any of those little star washers on them, take them off.

If I am doing this by hand and do not have a air wrench, how would I measure torque? Or do I have to do it with an air wrench?

When I lifted my Jeep we just used a breaker bar on all the bolts and didn't worry about torque specs but on something like this I would say it's time to invest in a torque wrench and no you don't need an air wrench.

sears has them but you can pick one up at your local auto parts store as well and they will be a lot cheaper. granted, they aren't as accurate but they'll do the job fine. when you're talking about 95 ft. lbs. or 100 ft. lbs. the 5 lbs. really won't make a difference.

oooo...I'd be careful there. 25 bucks for a Ft/Lb torque wrench I wouldn't trust it.
I definately suggest a decent investment in a torque wrench for this job, should be able to pick a decent one up at your local parts wholesaler for about 80-100 bucks...you'll be happy you did
