Default HELP! Issue with AEV ProCal TPMS Setting

I just traded up to a '12 Flame Red 6spd from basically the exact '12 Jeep but auto tranny. I restored my former jeep to factory settings and used the ProCal to reset the speedometer on my new one. When I set the dipsticks for the TPMS it doesnt work. Any idea why?

That's odd what are you trying to set it to?

I bought a used procal from a guy with a 2008. He offered to see if it would work on mine when I bought to prove he reset. I did not have my Jeep when I picked it up. He sent me a video of the reset and all went fine. 3 beeps just like it is supposed to be. Nice guys and lives close so I know he did not screw me.

Mine is a 2012 and I was able to do one tire setting with it and them nothing. No other setting work. I get the 4 lights followed by 2 lights on the dash. This means vehicle not recognized. I honestly believe you can't reuse on a 2012. Only a new will work. I have a new one coming tomorrow and will know for sure. I am out $100 though.

What year was your old Jeep? I know there are 2 different versions of the ProCal, and only the newer one works with the 2012. May be that if you have an older ProCal, only some of the function work with the new ECU in the 2012's.

The older one was a 2012 as well. This was a trade up and an offer i couldn't refuse.
