Help With Lift
So I've spent about 30 minutes reading up on the topic and I still am having no luck (really bad on my part). Anyways, what is the best way/ways to tell what suspension lift you have? Simple terms are better. Thanks!

Your front sway bar links appear in photo #4 to be way short and the sway bar is pointing down and not level to the ground. When setting flat, the sway bars should be level going out to the end links. A slight variation is acceptable, but that looks severe.

Is it sitting on level ground in those pics? Or jacked up somehow? As noted above, it looks like you have a taller lift with stock swaybar links, so guessing it's RC's 3.5 or 4" coils, but hard to tell.
Any tags or markings on the coils? Take a pic from the side of your jeep showing how much space is between the tire and flare. (now that we know you have 35's, we can take a guess on the height from that). And one of the front control arms. If they look stock, get a pic of where the lower control arm meets the axle to see if you have cams installed. And one from under the front, showing the axle and all the components above it. (curious whether you have a drop pitman/upper trackbar bracket).

So there is a problem with my sway bar? And yes, it is sitting on level ground (Sorry the photos keep rotating, don't know how to fix that)

You want the swaybars to sit fairly level to the ground/frame. A lot of kits will come with longer rear links, then you are supposed to move the stock rear links to the front.
If they are too short, especially if you have longer shocks, the entire swaybar can have a bad habit of flipping around backwards when you droop the axle. Turns the links into pretzels.
And yeah, just a guess based on that sideview, but that's a short 35" tire and 3.5-4" coils. You will want to check for cam bolts or new lower control arms, and a drop pitman and trackbar bracket at the frame end of the front trackbar. Also see if there is a bracket on the rear trackbar, either raising from the axle or dropping from the frame. (Go to RC's website and look at both of those lifts, you should be able to check what you see in the pics to what is on your jeep)
And wouldn't be a bad idea to flex it a little and see how much room your brakelines have. Would kinda suck to rip one of them off the frame while you're out in the boonies.

I'm just trying to figure out what the previous owner did. I'm about to start upgrading it and need to know what's in it. Ill check on the sway bar connects but would you have any idea of how long they should be in the front?

Get a good overview of what you have and where you want the build to go before you start throwing money at it.
For the links, there are many that are adjustable. Easier just to buy a set of those and lengthen them until the swaybar is level than for us to tell you our guesses. Or look at a set of disconnects, if you prefer.
