Default Help with lift install

I am starting to install my full traction 3" lift tonight and have a question. When taking off the track bar on the passenger side there was a small metal plate on the nut side. Is this a spacer and does it need to go back on when I put on the new one? Also if anyone has this lift that comes with the upper arms what are the what looks like alignment spacers with a flange on them?

Yep its there so that you can tighten or loosen the bolt without having to hold the other side. Its needs to be re installed with your new track bar. It should remain installed after your lift.

It's the 3 inch premium lift with the upper control arms. I can get a pic here in about an hour.
