Default Help with lifting 4door jk

Hi, my brother wants to lift his 4 door 08 4inch and wants to put on 35's, can anyone help me with what lift to put and what we would need and from where to order it online? He wants 18inch rims, black ones and some mud terrain tires, where could i order those? or if someone has some pics? And whats a good 4inch lift, that includes all its parts and is very strong, because we don't have offroading shops that could help us here. Thanx.

I would recomend this one is a Full Traction 2007 JK Wrangler 4 inch Ultimate Suspension System ,, but really it depends hoe hard you wheel it ... because even with a 2.5 Budget boast you can fit 35 inch tires with no rubbing and the kit is less than 300 dollars this kit is very complete and will get you 4 inches but its an over kill for 35 inch tires in my opinion if I buy this kit I will wheel the hell out of it and put in 37 MT tires

this kit its worth 1,989.00

Where to buy :

Thanx for your quick help. Very helpful, but still i got some questions. We got a deal from a so called 4x4 shop here that he could get us 4inch rancho lift for $1500. And they say rancho is the best, so how come northridge is more expensinve than rancho? Whats the difference between lifts? sorry i know iam a newbie, but i would aprreciate the help. Thanx

And what is the difference? how come the rancho is so cheap if it is so good? does it have all the components needed? and whats the difference between the premuim and ultimate?

If you want 35's and don't wheel it too hard, just get a Budget boost & disconnect - they're all pretty much the same.
If you're planning on doing a lot of articulating (if you don't know what I mean - stick to the budget boost & disco) then look at the # and function of the parts shown in the pictures.
The better systems replace all of the suspension components for proper geometry and increased stress.
It all comes down to the old axiom "You get what you pay for."

Read up on RTI, suspension flex, wheel travel etc. to determine your needs.

Good luck.
