I was going to have the guy thats installing my sliders just fold it back but maybe theres is something bent out of shape. Don't know if any of ya'll have had this problem but the rear center corners of my Jeep have been really rubbing my Tires! Here are some pics, don't know if ya'll can tell what I'm talking about but I'm pointing to it in one. Thanks

OK
It LOOKS like your pinch seam is what you are concerned about (The pics are a bit hard to see clearly...)
Don't (DON'T) have it cut off.
DO have it folded (FOLDED) over, onto itself, out of the way, say with a BFH, etc.
Sigh.

I think if it was treated correctly after being hacked it would be fine! Maybe I'm just dumb

I cut mine with a dremmel tool, painted with touch up paint to match, and then sealed with some silicone (there is an opening when it is cut). It's been like that for a year now. I only cut a small section off at an angle though. I don't think I wold have tried to use a hammer to beat it in.

I think if it was cut at an angle, following the fender it would be fine. Treat it, fill in the gap, and paint to match. Plus it will be covered up by my PJ Sliders.
This is getting steamy!
