Default Help me to decide

I have a 2014 Unlimited Rubicon and considering a 2.5" lift. Due to physical limitation of my garage, 2.5" lift is the highest I can go. Asking around and got two opinions on candidate kits:
1. Rubicon Express 2.5" with Monotube shocks.
2. Rock Krawler 2.5X factor kit (Bilstein 5100).

RE is a simple coil over bolt on system with minimum change to existing components while RK's kit will replace and upgrade many key components, including control arms. The price difference in kit is about ~$1000 or so. The shocks are literally the same, RE's monotube is the same as Bilstein 5100 which in turn is said to be very similar to OEM rubicon shocks in terms of ride dynamics.

My JK is my daily driver but I do some light to medium level off roading once every 1 or two months, sometimes in snow. One particular off-roading I do is driving down rough gravel roads in central and east WA (very rough dirt roads with some pits and holes, no as big as you would expect in Baja though). Currently I am running a Rough Country Budget Boost but feels it limits the capability and the installer didn't do a good job.

I would like to hear your thoughts and help me to make a decision.
