Default Help me decided between tires, please?

Hello everyone.
I have had my 07 X for a while and I am saving up to buy some new tires. This is my daily driver, well mostly just to school and going out and stuff and some camping. (I bike ride to work since it is close) As of now I have the stock 225/75/R16 size but I want to go with the 255/85/R16 size. I like the look of the tall and skinny, Any way I am stuck between these two tires:
Cooper Discoverer ST
BFGoodrich KM2
I want the Coopers because they look more like an all terrain so I,m guessing its better for a daily driver.
But I also want the KM2's simply because they just look awesome.
Also I would like to keep my stock rims. I also have not been out to do some "real" off roading, but hopefully in the future. (I find some trails around my school or when I go camping once in a blue moon). So saying all of this, if you were in a situation like me which tire would you choose? Help me decide?
Thanks.

Both of those tires good for a DD. I've rolled on the STTs before and I currently have the KM2s.

I think the STTs have a longer tread life, but I prefer the KM2s. However, the STTs are lower cost so if budget is a major concern they may be your best option.

One last thing, the KM2s have a slightly narrower footprint than the STTs and the size you picked is already tall and narrow, so the STTs may look better unless you are trying to achieve the Willy's MB look.

Ya I looked at the STT's in person and they looked great, but they didnt have the size I wanted. So they were out of the question lol.

Wait, were you talking about the STT which is the mud terrain tire?
I was talking about the ST which is the all terrain tire.
I know some people mix up the ST with the STT or vice versa.
Not saying that you did however, just trying to clear things up.

Well, as you are sacrificing performance for looks anyway, I guess just go with whatever one you think is prettier.

I would go with a 255's but I still think they are a pretty small tire... Have you consider going to a 265 or a 285...this will open the door up for more tire selection???

Im a big fan of the procomp tires. They look nice, work well, and ride quiet....ish
