Default help moving adjuster

So I replaced my front trackbar and when I was done my steering wheel was off centered. I have the synergy draglink. After unbolting the pinch collar I proceeded to turn the adjustment nut/sleeve but it would not budge. I used wd40, pb blaster, kroil nothing seems to be helping free the thing. Any ideas?

I've used a pipe wrench and also a properly placed channel lock (for that you have to grab the open edge so as not to put clamp force on the sleeve.

Heat can work too, but might burn the costing off.

Try giving it a couple hits with a rubber mallet where the collar is. I had the same problem but after talking to a synergy rep on the phone, he said give it some hits its meant for abuse so you won't damage it.

Thanks. I guess I'll have to beat that thing up a bit.

I would take that thing apart and cake with Antiseize. After coat with fluid film.
This is a heim joint coated with FF for over a year in NE.
Not a single bit of rust.
