Remember, different shocks/coilovers would work WITH a long arm kit and not INSTEAD of a long arm kit. And on an even more extreme end, if all you are doing is high speed, maybe you want stiffer sway bars too... but you can ponder that one later...
i think i am going for teraflex 4" lift with bump stop kit. what do your think of king shocks as compred to fox or elka?

I've heard the Elka shocks are out of this world smooth ride at high speeds.

That's tough, they all are great shocks, but once again, its more than that. I've heard great things about the ELKA's as well as the Kings offered by ORE(they did testing and specifically valved these for the JK's) I haven't been too impressed with the FOX shocks on the JK's I've seen but that could be just improper valving. both ORE and TF are sponsors on here and could get you set up appropriately.

Have fun out there and be safe!

If you're really going to be doing high speed and really do have unlimited funds, I'd look into axles next. Even with gussets, shafts, etc, high speeds put a lot of stress on axles, especially with larger tires... Just a thought... It sounds like you're on your way.
