Default Help needed with Front Lower Flexarm install...

I'm trying to finish my install today but I can't get the passenger side flexarm to lineup. The drivers side was fine but no matter what I do the front axle is about 1/2" too far back. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Got any rachet straps and a floor jack? jack your axle up a bit to get the weight off and hook a rachet strap to the axle and the to frame or bumper. Tighten and get a big screwdriver to put in the hole to help it line up . Also may take abit of goin back and forth from jack moving to rachet strap to screwdriver, if your doing it by yourself. Kicking the crap outta the tire helps aswell.

Also make sure the bolt on the frame end is not very tight, just in there with the nut started.

Thanks. This may be a dumb question but should the tires be on to put these on?

Yes! No need to take tire off to install, plus gives you something to kick.

But if you got the frame up on jack stands no tires and a floor jack under neath the axle, just use the rachetstrap screwdriver method No kicking while on jack stands.

Put the jack on the pumpkin near where the driveshaft connects, it should rotate it some towards your control arm.
