Default Help needed: front track bar upper bolt stuck

Hi guys, I am changing out the suspension on my 08 sahara. The upper bolt in my Trackbar will not come out. The nut is off, the bottom is undone so there is no tension in the bolt, but when I try to spin it out it is still very tight and periodically squeaks. I suspect that it is somehow seized in the bushings.

Other than getting a bigger hammer, which will happen today, any suggestions how to get this out? This is my daily driver and all work came to a grinding halt yesterday when this happened.

Thanks.

You might jack the Jeep and turn the steering wheel a little to see if that releases the pressure.

Get someone to rock the jk, grab the front tow hooks and rock it a bit, if that doesn't work, screwdriver and hammer and tap it through.... It will be just as hard to get back in, unless you have a relocation bracket with your kit
