Default Help! No power!!

I installed a 2.5 inch teraflex lift kit with 35 inch tire ( def not the problem), also installed a afe power 2.5 inch cat back exhaust, afe power intake and throttle spacer. With that said I went to start it to hear the exhaust and in park I pressed gas pedal to rev th motor but the revs don't past 3,000 rpm even with pedal to the floor any ideas? I didn't drive truck because the suspension isn't done yet. Please anyone ever run into this situation ? Any ideas? Thanks for the help

I believe it's in the programming to keep from blowing up the engine. No need to rev past 3K RPM.

You can't rev past 3k in neutral or park

One of those features that at first, I wonder why they'd need to program it that way - who would do something like redline an engine in park? I see now.

Yeah never figured jeeps had that feature! Got all suspension tight and road tested everything perfect! Sorry for the stupid thread! Only thing is now high pitched annoying sound when I hit gas pedal think it's the intake!
