Default Help and possible fix for rubbing issue

09 JK 2.5 RC lift shocks and springs, 35/12.50/17 Goodyear MTR. The drivers side rear tire is hitting my rock rails if I hit any bump at speed. What are my options for a fix, would a 1/2 spacer solve the issue or am I going to have to cut. Still new to the Jeep world so any help is appreciated.
