just got some seat covers and i need to remove the levers on the seats to get it on. how do i do this? i know the hight adjustment on the driver's side has a plastic cap and under it a screw, but the seat back and forth adjuster's plastic cap refuses to come off so i can get at the screw underneath it. does that one have little clips holding it on and do i need to pry it off, because prying is not working like it did with the hight adjuster.

any suggestions? can't get the seat covers on unyil i get this figured out.
