Installed a Ripp Gen2 SC on my jeep last thursday. Just got the return programming from RIPP that is supposed to be downloaded from the E-mail I received from RIPP onto the Diablo InTune programmer. I have been trying to copy it from my E-mail onto my pc so that I can then load it on the Intune. The instructions simply say to drag to the pc but it only does the shortcut. I'm not very computer savy and don't know how to get the program to the pc. Any help would be appreciated.

 

Depends on what email program you are using. You should be able to save the file like any other email attachment. Look at the help file for your email program or just click on the attachment if using a web browser and it should save the file.
