Default Help! Rubicon express quick dicos

Everything seems pretty straight forward, but I'm having trouble installing the aluminum pin to the bolt, it's real hard to get it in and I don't want to break anything. Is that normal?? Am I using the right bolt?? Help please!!!

shouldn't be hard to do at all. have you double checked to make sure that the bolt or pin isn't cross threaded? have you made sure that the thread pitch is the same? could be that you got one coarse and one fine by mistake.

It seems to be ok.. Can you put the pin in the bolt by hand? Cause this one I can it just goes in a little bit then I have To use the ratchet... And once I start using the ratchet it gets hard.. I even bent my small screw driver trying to hold the pin through the little hole to keep it from moving to ratchet it in...
