Question Help Suspension questions

I just had OME springs and shocks installed on my 08 4dr Rubicon. The dealer removed the front cross-member with the transfer case skid guard. Something about the front drive shaft rubbing. The lft is only two inches. Should I ask for it to be reinstalled?
Thanks

reinstall that asap and I dont think with 2in lift you will rub the transfer case skid on 4dr, some people have had trouble with 3in lift rubbing and ripping off the boor on the driveshaft, you can just notch the skid so it wont hit or get new aftermarket driveshaft which wont rub

The lft is only two inches.
Did you actually measure the lift, or is that what was on the box? I'd guess you are in the 3+ inch range with the rest of us ome people, and they removed the t-case skid because the driveshaft is fairly close to it after the lift. (think this is what, the third thread with the same question in the last week or two?)

If it is just the T-Case skid that was removed, get it back and cut out a notch for the driveshaft before you reinstall it. The other area to watch is the corner of the transmission, as your driveshaft may also contact it under articulation.

Budget for an aftermarket front driveshaft at some point.

If you don't take it off or grind it down around the drive shaft area, it will rub when the suspension is flexed.

Many people just remove it.

I wouldn't remove it just notch some of it where it hits, I think its important to keep it on.
