Default Help with TF 2.5 coil lift

OK I finally got the rear tracbar bracket on. Now I can't get the tracbar to line up with the bracket holes. Should I let the axel down to get it to line up, or bring the axel up. I have one side in but can't ge the bolt all the way through.
Thanks.
