Cut a 3-4" piece of 3" PVC pipe and rest it on the bumpstop and jack up the axle until she pops in...

I think I used a dremel tool to sand off some of the front edge of the spacer then used a small bottle jack to pop it in the hole. A little grease helps. The bump-stops and spacers in the front were the same way, but they did go in.
Good luck!

I just put the spring in and jacked up the axle and it poped in then I let it down and set everything properly.

Block of wood works fine. DO NOT USE A DREMMEL. It is a tight fit but not impossible. Taking off material that is supposed to be there is a bad idea.

Ya, I know it does not sound great. But I did the wood trick and jacked up the Jeep. My problem is that it still would not pop in. Maybe its my lightweight 2-door, not sure. I did not touch the wide part w/ the dremmel just the leading edge that pops in, plus I just used a sand roll. It still took alot of force though to get it to pop in.
I never thought about the PVC idea...Hmm.

Grease it up, put the spring in and jack it up, let it set there and it'll pop in.
